As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer on the Retail Web Technology Search Team, you will help shape scalable, high-performing search experiences across client-facing digital platforms. Your work will improve search relevance, speed, and usability, directly influencing how clients find information and engage with Schwab’s digital experiences.In this role, you will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, designing and developing user interfaces, APIs, microservices, and backend services using Angular, JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, HTML, and CSS. You will guide architecture and system design decisions, enhance search indexing, ranking, relevance, and performance, and integrate AI-powered capabilities and intelligent workflows where they can create meaningful outcomes. You will also strengthen application reliability through automated testing, CI/CD practices, monitoring, logging, dashboards, alerting, and thoughtful production support.Success in this role requires strong problem solving, sound technical decision making, and the ability to adapt as technologies and business priorities evolve. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, and business partners to assess tradeoffs, deliver secure and scalable solutions, and influence technical direction across the Search ecosystem.
