Spavia West Boca is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

Average pay per 60-min massage: $52–$62 (includes gratuity)
Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments
Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
W-2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

Schedule & Benefits

● Full-time or part-time
● Weekend/evening availability preferred
● 10-minute turnover between services
● Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
