Member Experience Representative

*Start Date:* 9/14
*Pay:* $21.00/Hr
*Training: *3 weeks in length. Monday-Friday
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday 7:00am-7:00pm, (8-Hour Shift) able to select 3 preferred schedules, but not guaranteed
*Location:* Bloomington, MN. Can transistion to hybrid remote after 90 days based on performance, attendance, etc. 3 days remote, 2 onsite.

*Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Call Center) - Contract-to-Hire*
*Position Overview* We are seeking motivated and customer-focused *Customer Service Representatives* to join a growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from healthcare providers and members, assisting with questions related to *claims, benefits, and eligibility*.
This is a high-volume call center environment, ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about delivering quality service.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Handle 50-60 inbound calls daily in a professional and efficient manner*
* *Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility*
* *Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns*
* *Document interactions and updates using internal systems*
* *Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations*
*Qualifications*
* *Previous call center or customer service experience required*
* *Healthcare experience preferred*
* *Strong problem-solving and communication skills*
* *Self-motivated with a desire to grow and advance*
* *Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel)*

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
