You will install, monitor, and maintain security affecting firewalls, servers, desktops, databases. networks, and cloud technologies. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues with integrity, caring, and excellence.What you’ll do:Develop and maintain a methodology for managing cyber security technologiesLead the installation, decommission, and maintenance of security applications/toolsProvide support on a rotational 24/7 coverage schedule as assignedConduct testing and create recommendations for security technologies and their configurationDesign and implement security tool performance monitoring to ensure system complianceProvide technical direction regarding IT Security standards for infrastructure configurationCreate processes/metrics/reporting on security technologies and applicationsCoordinate cyber security technology remediation efforts with multiple stakeholders to ensure security complianceMaintain and expand knowledge of security technology’s, threats, and vulnerabilitiesProvide guidance and support to members of the security teamAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need: 6+ years as a network and/or security engineer in a corporate environmentTechnical knowledge and understanding of infrastructure and security technologies to include: Cloud, Windows & UNIX based servers, workstations, EDR, DLP, vulnerability scanning, proxy and IDS/IPS systemsDemonstrated analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceCISSP, CISA, GIAC (GSEC, GCIA, etc.)Our Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
