Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our clinic, your daily responsibilities will encompass a wide range of therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing client well-being. Key tasks include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions designed to foster communication and shared healing among clients, allowing them to learn from one another’s experiences.
• Providing individualized counseling that is empathetic and personalized, helping clients delve into their thoughts and feelings to develop effective coping strategies.
• Working collaboratively with clients to formulate tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and recovery goals.
• Regularly assessing client progress using evidence-based measurement tools to ensure that they are moving towards their recovery objectives.

Qualifications
