Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator

Superior Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for the front desk of our Traverse City clinics, on Munson Ave and W Front St. You are the first person our patients talk to, on the phone and at the door. What you will do Answer calls and schedule patients Check patients in and out Collect insurance details and payments Keep the schedule full and the clinic running on time What we are looking for Friendly, organized and comfortable on the phone Experience in a medical office or customer service helps Comfortable learning scheduling and billing software Full-time and part-time. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
