Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Incident Coordinator in Atlanta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location you will serve as a welcoming highly visible presence while supporting a professional environment for patients visitors and staff. You will manage access monitor activity respond to security-related concerns and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide professional customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors while following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a healthcare location.
• Manage front desk access by greeting visitors verifying identification and authorization issuing visitor credentials and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor entry activity communications and available access-control systems; report unusual activity policy concerns and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs incident documentation and other required records while protecting confidential information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
