Your Role at Relatient: We’re seeking a Project Manager (Client Operations Manager) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, leading implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful adoption of Relatient solutions that improve patient access and operational efficiency. How You’ll Make an Impact: Lead end-to-end implementation of Relatient solutions, ensuring successful delivery aligned to defined project scope, timelines, and client objectives. Provide clear visibility into project status, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and clients. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying process improvements, recommending solution designs, and maximizing value related to patient access and operational outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams to resolve complex implementation challenges and drive timely resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement by helping develop processes, tools, and best practices that enhance team performance and operational efficiency. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or SaaS environments Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI frameworks) Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with Salesforce and SQL is a plus Mindsets That Matter: We always look for ways to grow and take pride in what we do. Pay & Perks: The salary range for this role is $70,000-$95,000 .Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
