About the Role This is a front‑line, customer service position that plays a key role in creating a positive experience for our service guests. You will be the first friendly face our customers see when they arrive and an essential support to our service department throughout the day. What You'll Do: Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and ensure they feel welcome Direct customers to the appropriate advisor or waiting area Assist with basic vehicle intake tasks, including protective covers and vehicle tags Move and stage vehicles for service appointments Transport vehicles to the service lot or shop as needed Help maintain a clean, organized service drive and customer areas Provide customer transportation when needed Step in wherever necessary to help the department run smoothly This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being reliable, helpful, and professional and enjoys staying active during the workday.
