We are looking for a Visionary Builder - someone who can own the vision for an AI‑enhanced health platform in the morning and push the APEX or Omniscript code to make it real by the afternoon.

This role is for a leader who thrives in a high‑velocity startup environment. You will own the RxJr platform, leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud as the foundation and AI optimization as the differentiator. You will work lockstep with our Product Team and Executives to turn our ambitious vision into a shipped reality, fast. We thrive with vision, speed, & execution.

Key Responsibilities

Visionary Architecture & AI Strategy

The North Star: Partner with leadership to define the "AI-First" roadmap for RxJr.

System of Intelligence: Move us beyond a "System of Record." Architect the integration of LLMs within the Salesforce ecosystem to create a platform that thinks with our providers.

"Day 1" Hands‑On Coding

Builder First: On Day 1, write code, configure flows, and debug integrations. Lead engineering as the team scales.

Deep Salesforce Dev: Personally handle complex APEX, Omniscript, LWC, and API integrations, ensuring core functionality is robust before delegating.

Startup Speed & Iteration

Rapid Prototyping: Optimize for learning and speed. Ship MVPs, gather feedback, and iterate immediately.

Testing Culture: Implement a rigorous but fast automated testing framework. Break things to learn, but maintain user experience.

Velocity: Prioritize shipping value over perfect bureaucracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of deep Salesforce development and strong familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud Authority. You dont just know Health Cloud; you know how to bend it to your will.

Experience (or significant personal projects) involving the integration of AI/LLMs into business workflows. You understand how to bridge the gap between Salesforce data and AI optimization.

Proficiency in Omniscript, APEX, LWC, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs is required. Full stack capability.

Hands on leadership is required.

Product mindset. You understand that great engineering serves product vision and can translate "improve patient outcomes" into specific technical deliverables alongside our product leadership.

Based within the US, and able to work in Eastern Standard Time zone.

Experience working in the start-up environment, preferred.

The pay range for this role is: 175,000 - 185,000 USD per year (Remote (United States)).
