Senior SBA Portfolio Manager — Credit, Growth & Compliance (Austin)

SmartBiz Bank is hiring an AVP, SBA Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of SBA loans and ensure credit quality and regulatory compliance. You will partner with underwriting, credit, and servicing teams to manage risk and support portfolio growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of SBA lending experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In-office presence is required in Northbrook, IL or Austin, TX.
