Our compensation plan includes: $3,000 a month (Annual Salary of $36,000) First-year earnings of at least $50,000 (with bonuses) for SDRs who follow our process. Requirements Qualified candidates will be provided training and expected to get licensed in Property & Casualty within 90 days of hire.
