Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking a

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

to support our rapidly growing hiring operations. This role provides critical administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high hiring volume. You’ll be the central link between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers—keeping every stage of the process running seamlessly. What You’ll Do

Coordinate and schedule

remote and in-person interviews

for multiple departments and hiring managers.

Manage

candidate communication

across email, text, and phone—sending confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

Support the preparation and distribution of

offer letters

, background checks, and reference checks.

Maintain accurate candidate information and status updates in the

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

(Greenhouse).

Partner with recruiters to ensure all interviews, feedback, and next steps are completed in a timely manner.

Track interview pipelines and ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage.

Assist with

metrics tracking

and TA reporting to support performance and compliance.

Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers regarding scheduling logistics and coordination.

Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
