Membership Sales Associate Buckhead

Must be available to work the shifts outlined below. Weekdays 6:30 am – 2 pm and must have Saturday & Sunday availability Weekdays 2 pm – 9 pm and must have Saturday & Sunday availability We are seeking candidates to work 15‑25 hours per week. Compensation & Perks $14 per hour + commission to start Free IR sauna membership (bring a friend or partner for free) Paid training hours Uniform: branded t‑shirt, solid black athletic pants/shorts, clean kicks Major holidays off PTO benefits after 1 year for all hourly employees who work at least 15 hours/week Experience You’ll Gain Sales & customer service Experience in a spa or health/wellness environment Proficiency in MindBody Online and Axle CRM Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy Being part of an innovative boutique health & fitness community Your Day Includes Tasks Like Warmly greet customers by name Check guests in and give studio tours Promote the benefits of IR saunas & studio membership Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions Use our software to manage appointments and make sales (MindBody software experience is a plus) Help support management by taking inventory or submitting Amazon orders Routinely check restrooms for cleanliness Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Check Prospr for team communication and important updates Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance We Value in Our Employees Desire to positively contribute to a team‑oriented environment Enjoy helping clients feel good by offering a health‑focused service Passionate about health and wellness Comfortable with the sales process both in‑person & over the phone (we’ll train on scripts) Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and team members Positive vibe, can‑do attitude Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Buckhead Apply now; we welcome candidates who are reliable, friendly, and radiate positive energy.
