Job Duties
• Show up on time and ready to work. KItchen generally closes at 8 on weekdays and 9 on weekends - no late hours. We'll try to mintain a regular schedule of shifts.
• Prepares or directs preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.
• Correctly prepare all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food are preserved.
• Follows proper food preparation and handling techniques.
• Label, date, and store ingredients to maintain freshness and reduce waste
• Maintains daily production and safety records.
• Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
• Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.
• Keep kitchen and work area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
• Prep food for meals and events.
• Dish washing and reshelving.
