Broadcom seeks a Mechanical Engineer to lead thermo-mechanical design and validation of high-power enclosure systems for datacenter platforms. You will own lab operations, from concept through production, focusing on liquid cooling and system bring-up. Responsibilities include collaborating across EE, thermal, compliance, and manufacturing teams, and managing vendor relationships for cooling components.
