Multitask Medical Assistant - Eye Care Coordinator

Specialty Eye is looking for a motivated, high-energy team member to join our growing specialty practice. This is not a traditional technician role. Our Medical Assistants are cross-trained team members who help guide the patient experience from check-in through checkout while supporting clinical care, specialty services, optical, and patient education. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, takes initiative, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day. Medical Assistants play a key role in supporting services such as Myopia Management, Dry Eye, Specialty Contact Lenses, and Vision Therapy. We are looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, team-oriented, and confident communicating with both patients and doctors. The right person for this role sees what needs to be done and jumps in without waiting to be asked.
