Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist

Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist in Pensacola, FL. You will function as a member of a cardiac team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. You will ensure patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or CST credential.
• BLS certification.
• Experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment. (Client requires CVOR experience.)
• Required credential: CST CVOR.
• On-call availability for weekend coverage as specified by the client.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred credentials: CVOR ST.
• Experience with cardiac surgical instrumentation and intraoperative workflow.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0600-1430.
• Weekly hours: 40.
• Weekend requirement: On call only.
• Holiday requirement: Work any holiday that falls on a regularly scheduled shift.
