ServiceNow SecOps Engineer

Experience: 12+ yrs IT, 8+ yrs ServiceNow, 3+ yrs as Architect

Role:

• Design and own ServiceNow architecture (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, CSM/HRSD)
• Lead CMDB/CSDM, integrations, and platform governance
• Handle solution design, instance strategy, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Guide dev team and review code

Skills Required:

• ServiceNow development
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP
• ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
• ITIL, Agile, TOGAF

Must Have: CSA, CIS-ITSM/CIS-ITOM, CMA preferred
