Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and thorough evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately, laying the groundwork for personalized treatment plans. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic methods to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues. \n
- Work collaboratively with an integrated team including case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive client care. \n
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during acute distress periods, employing your skills to guide clients through challenging situations. \n
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma within the community. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory. \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
