Creator Partnerships Producer

Identify, brief, and co-produce with creators whose audiences overlap our clients' missions. Social Type Staff Location Remote (U.S.) Compensation $90k – $120k § 01 — The work We are looking for a producer who treats creator partnerships as real co-production — not influencer ad reads. You will source creators across vertical video, podcast, newsletter, and emerging platforms, build briefs, negotiate scope, and shepherd production from pitch through launch. The work is half audience research, half production management. You will own the relationship with every creator we engage and act as their point of contact through the project. You will also be the person who says no to bad fits — early, in writing, and with reasons. We are committed to creator-led work. That means real editorial input from the creator, clear compensation, and no boilerplate brand-safety contracts that read like the 2018 influencer playbook. § 02 — What we look for 01 Four-plus years in creator marketing, talent management, or producer roles at a creator-led shop 02 A track record of partnerships that produced work the creator was proud of 03 Comfort vetting audience data without becoming dependent on it 04 Strong writing — briefs are the deliverable 05 Willingness to push back on clients when a partnership is wrong § 03 — What we don't We try to be specific about who this role is not for.
