Service Technician

Key Duties And Responsibilities Identify and troubleshoot leaks, damage, and roof system deficiencies. Complete repairs on a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and BUR. Document current conditions, completed work, and recommendations for future maintenance. Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements, including the proper use of PPE and fall protection. Participate in ongoing safety training and promptly report unsafe conditions. Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with clients and the public. Explain roofing issues and repair work clearly and respectfully. Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality and service standards. Maintain accurate service records including job logs, photos, and billing information. Utilize mobile applications and digital tools for documentation and reporting. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve productivity and quality goals. Assist in training and mentoring less experienced technicians. Other duties as assigned by manager. Lift and climb ladders, as required. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of roofing production or service experience. HS diploma or equivalent Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, including some weekends. Valid driver’s license. OSHA 10-hour safety card. English fluency.
