Eddy VNRA has an exciting opportunity for a part time weekend physical therapist responsible to admit or evaluate patients requiring home-based therapy, primarily post-acute or subacute. What you will do: Promotes/provides physical therapy services in the home to assist the patient in achieving his/her optimal level of functioning. Evaluates and treats individuals with functional deficits secondary to neurologic, orthopedic and medical conditions. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
