Licensed Physical Therapist with Home Care experience.
Skilled in:
- Functional Mobility and Gait Training
- Post-surgical Rehabilitation
- Fall Prevention Strategies
- Client & Family Education
- Care Plan Development & Implementation
Strong communication and documentation skills.
