Inventory Control Analyst

Inventory Control AnalystOur client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to join their team in Cicero, IL. As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting inventory management and control functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Cicero, IL (Onsite, M-F)Pay Range: $38.00-$42.00/HR + BenefitsContract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract (No C2C)Job Functions:Own and maintain accurate bulk and packaged inventory records for the plant through verification, review, and completion of inventory-related transactions in SAP and related systems.Analyze inventory gains, losses, and variances to identify root causes, trends, and corrective actions.Coordinate inventory movement activities and bookings with plant and remote teams.Ensure compliance with all inventory-related controls, standards, and management systems.Support and troubleshoot plant inventory systems and interfaces, including SAP and connected systems transaction processing.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in Inventory Management.Knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Order to Cash functions preferred.Excellent problem-solving and data analytics skills.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, including reporting and data validation.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work with a global leader in the energy industry.Engage in meaningful work supporting energy transition initiatives.Collaborate with a diverse and innovative team.Develop your skills in a dynamic environment.Contribute to operational excellence and financial performance.Upon completion of waiting period consultants are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanVision PlanHealth Savings AccountHealth Flexible Spending AccountDependent Care Flexible Spending AccountSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term and Long Term Disability InsuranceBusiness Travel Insurance401(k), Plus MatchWeekly Pay
