Job Details Job Location: Fairhaven, MA 02719 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.75 - $23.50 Hourly Job Shift: 1st Shift Job Category: Customer Experience Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:15pm; 40 hours per week. At least 2 Saturdays per month 8:45am-1:15pm; when working a Saturday, can opt for a full or 1/2 day off during the M-F workweek. At times, business needs may require an earlier arrival and/or later departure. Responsibilities Member Service Develop comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by AAA Northeast. Use information to promote membership sales including upgrades, auto-renewal, digital membership, AAA credit card program, business line referrals, and other club initiatives. Make changes on existing memberships and assist members with any issues that may arise. Deliver accurate and timely information to members regarding club products/services and maintain department standards, including servicing members in-person and over-the-phone. Provide assistance for accommodations and points of interest, including mapping, routing, hotel and car reservations, and promotion of international/InterAmerican driving permits, passport photos, foreign currency, theme park tickets, entertainment tickets, and all other club products. In select locations: provide registry services and/or TSA services, including handling confidential documents, inputting information into databases and systems, reviewing applications and forms for completeness in person and on the phone in compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and standards; services include license/ID renewals and registration renewals. Sales Consistently meet and/or exceed minimum member satisfaction scores and other position-related goals. Use the five-diamond process, cross-selling techniques, and club department training to educate members of all benefits and KPIs while maintaining a positive member experience. Stay current on all promotions and initiatives in the branch and recognize opportunities to improve overall branch performance. Daily Operations Act as liaison with other departments, including Travel, Insurance, Membership, Finance, IT, Member Relations, to coordinate and gather appropriate information for member or department issues. Perform job duties according to department policies, procedures, and practices within scope of authority, including adhering to all club/department safety protocols. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Customer Service with a focus on Sales required. Licenses and Certifications: Satisfactorily pass state specific and federal background check during pre and post hiring in accordance with state and federal requirements; must meet individual state requirements to perform registry & TSA services, including clearing federal/state specific background checks/processes.
