Benefits

• $15–$17/hr. | Full-Time | Part-Time I Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Provide information on products, services, pricing, and packing/shipping solutions
• Process Amazon returns, shipping, and packaging needs efficiently
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services based on customer needs
• Stay informed on promotions and explain special offers to customers
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Handle returns and resolve customer issues courteously
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve service and operations
• Remain current on new products, services, and procedures
• Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
