Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience with comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures (IDEA, Section 504, etc.)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to support diverse populations and create a positive, inclusive climate
• Preferred: Previous experience in high school settings or public schools

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct multifaceted assessments to determine eligibility and support planning for special education services
• Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams, including student support and IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop interventions and best practices for learning and behavior
• Facilitate crisis response and intervention as needed
• Develop and deliver trainings or workshops, promoting school-wide mental health initiatives
• Assist and collaborate at neighboring campuses when required
