As a Travel Advisor, you will:

? Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.

? Research, compare, and book travel products and services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, activities, insurance, etc. from our network of trusted partners.

? Create and send travel itineraries, confirmations, invoices, and other documents to customers.

? Handle any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise before, during, or after the trip.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

To be successful as a Travel Advisor, you should have:

? A high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn.

? Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or travel.

? A passion for travel and a willingness to learn about new destinations and cultures.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.

? A reliable internet connection and a laptop or computer.

? A flexible and adaptable work schedule. You can work whenever and wherever you want as long as you meet the deadlines and expectations of the customers.
