Position: DCSA Senior Training Specialist / Instructor Location: Quantico, VA Job Id: 929 # of Openings: 1 DCSA Senior Training Specialist / Instructor Work Location: On-site at DCSA locations; National Capital Region travel required for training events Job Type: Full-time, Contract Summary C² Technologies seeks a DCSA Senior Training Specialist / Instructor to deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs supporting leadership, supervisory, onboarding, employee experience, and professional development curricula. The Senior Training Specialist / Instructor will provide high-quality facilitation, classroom management, learner engagement, and instructional support. The successful candidate will work directly with adult learners in classroom and virtual environments and support evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs. Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs. Facilitate leadership, supervisory, and professional development courses. Conduct onboarding and employee experience training, including New Employee Experience programs. Support coaching, mentoring, and career development workshops. Facilitate engaging learning experiences for adult learners. Manage classroom logistics and learning environments. Provide real-time instructional and learner support during training sessions. Support virtual classroom technology and online learning environments. Collect and analyze participant feedback. Prepare after-action reports and training evaluations. Identify opportunities to improve training delivery based on learner feedback and evaluation results. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree preferred. Education or experience in training delivery, facilitation, education, or a related field preferred. Experience Experience facilitating training in classroom and virtual environments. Demonstrated experience engaging adult learners. Experience delivering leadership, supervisory, onboarding, or professional development training. Experience managing classroom and virtual learning environments. Experience evaluating training effectiveness and collecting participant feedback. Federal or Department of Defense training experience preferred. Experience supporting leadership development or human resources training programs preferred. Experience supporting coaching, mentoring, or career development workshops preferred. Required Certifications & Clearance SECRET clearance required. Tools & Systems Virtual training platforms Presentation and facilitation tools Learning Management Systems Microsoft Office and presentation tools Skills Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills. Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage diverse adult learner populations. Strong understanding of adult learning and facilitation techniques. Ability to provide real-time learner support. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage training logistics and multiple priorities. Ability to collect, evaluate, and communicate training feedback. Strong interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to adapt delivery approaches based on learner and classroom needs. Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $102,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
