With over 250 years of experience, multiple facilities, and a sustainability-first mindset, we deliver innovative printing and packaging solutions with speed, consistency, and agility.What We Offer$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (experienced operators)Relocation Bonus availableCompetitive compensation and full benefitsCulture of growth, teamwork, and continuous improvementModern technology in a clean, safe workplace2nd Shift opportunityLocations: Cleveland, OH & Long Island, NYYour ImpactIndependently set up, fine-tune, and run folding‑gluer equipment to customer specifications.Prepare feeder, glue systems, plow/fold plates, compression sections, pack station, and in-line inspection devices.Dial in folding sequence, glue application, board thickness, and score alignment for flawless cartons.Operate automated, computer-controlled inspection for robust quality control.Track quality through the run, making real-time adjustments to maintain accuracy and integrity.Conduct routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs.Interpret job tickets and layouts; verify schedules and manage inventory counts.Complete post-production cleanup and sustain a safe, organized area.Champion safety practices and continuous improvement initiatives.What You BringExperience as a Folding‑Gluer Operator in printing, packaging, or folding-carton manufacturing (preferred).Direct experience with Bobst or comparable folding‑gluer platforms (highly preferred).Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and quality concerns.Working knowledge of glue systems, scoring, folding sequences, and carton construction.Comfort reading job tickets and layouts; capable with calipers, rulers, and gauges.Strong math skills for measurements and conversions.Meticulous attention to detail; team-oriented communicator.Ability to excel in a fast-paced production environment.High school diploma or equivalent.Apply TodayWant to contribute your craftsmanship to a high-performing, family-oriented organization?
