Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an OBGYN Physician in Ocala, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Women's health physician role focused on prenatal care, gynecology, and deliveries
• Serve as senior provider supporting two women's health mid-level providers
• Deliver babies at AdventHealth, the county's primary delivering hospital
• Opportunity to perform surgical procedures including C-sections and hysterectomies, but not required
• Help expand ultrasound services and grow the women's health program
• Serve a diverse and underserved patient population

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Starting At $230,000+
• Productivity Bonus: $40 Per Visit After 3,800 Annual Visits
• 401(k) With 100% Match On First 5% After One Year
• 457 Retirement Plan Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday Schedule
• Shared Hospital Call Rotation
• 4 Hours Protected Administrative Time Weekly
• Outpatient Women's Health Practice With Hospital Deliveries

ROLE
• Provide prenatal and obstetrical care
• Perform gynecologic evaluations and treatment
• Manage labor and deliveries
• Support and collaborate with women's health mid-level providers
• Participate in program growth initiatives
• Deliver patient-centered care in a community health environment

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN REQUIRED
• Florida Medical License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED

• Comfortable Managing Prenatal Care REQUIRED
• Comfortable Performing Deliveries REQUIRED
• Interest In Serving Underserved Populations REQUIRED
• Surgical Experience Including C-Sections And Hysterectomies Preferred But Not Required
• Ability To Collaborate With Mid-Level Providers REQUIRED
