Located in Centralia, WA
Salary: $19.19/hour Food Production Operator | $19.19/hour | Centralia, WASchedule: 12-hour shifts (schedule provided at interview) Position Overview: • Join a growing frozen dough and bakery manufacturer producing products for foodservice, retail, and distribution partners across the U.S.
• Work in a highly automated food production facility focused on quality, food safety, innovation, and teamwork.
• Evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the goal of becoming a long-term, full-time employee. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor high-speed packaging, freezer, sheeting, and production equipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Complete product sampling, counting, inspection, and documentation using Excel and production records.
• Assist with packaging, material changes, troubleshooting, sanitation activities, and maintaining a clean work area. What This Opportunity Offers: • Competitive pay at $19.19/hour with long-term employment potential.
