Growing insurance organization is seeking a Property & Casualty Senior Strategy Research Analyst to support its Strategy & Intelligence team. This is an exciting, research-driven role responsible for gathering complex product data, analyzing current and future trends, to determine a strategic outcome to drive profitability.


Key Responsibilities
Navigate multiple insurance regulatory sites to gather complex data.


Conduct research and competitive analysis across all P&C lines.


Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.


Generate reports, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.


Summarize findings in clear, concise written deliverables to key stakeholders.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience in P&C insurance with solid coverage knowledge.


Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data aggregation.


Technical familiarity with P&C products.


High-energy, personable communication style.


Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about the insurance industry.


Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
