DigiKey is seeking a Manager of Maintenance & Reliability to oversee a skilled team of technicians and ensure the uninterrupted operation of our advanced automation systems in the Product Distribution Center. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and lifespan. Lead a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Apply reliability‑centered maintenance practices, including PMO, FMEA, and RCA, to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering teams to optimize system performance. Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. 5+ years in maintenance or reliability roles, with at least 2 years in leadership. Strong knowledge of industrial automated systems and maintenance best practices. CMRP or ASQ CRE certification preferred. Why DigiKey?
