Maintenance Assistant Full Time – Malden, MO, US Requisition ID: 1013 Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The role includes maintaining and repairing equipment and systems. Requires strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities Perform industrial preventative maintenance and work on associated software systems Maintain a professional demeanor during high‑pressure situations and perform overtime as required for harvest season and emergency repairs Work safely in adverse weather conditions while climbing grain elevators, bins, etc. Troubleshoot and assist with repair of 120 V to 480 V electrical systems daily Troubleshoot and assist with repair of IT systems weekly Troubleshoot and assist with repair of mechanical systems daily Troubleshoot and assist with repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems monthly Troubleshoot PLC (hardware and logic) systems monthly Troubleshoot and assist with repair of Integris systems weekly Troubleshoot and assist in repair of video jet printer twice per year Assist with plumbing repairs twice a year Experience & Qualifications At least 1–3 years in facilities maintenance or related field Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Proficiency in English, written and verbal Basic computer knowledge a plus Knowledge of logic controllers preferred Benefits Health, Vision, Dental, Life, and Disability insurance starting the first day of the month following 30 days of employment 3 weeks paid time off in the first year Education reimbursement up to $15,000 per year 401(k) plan with 100% match up to 10% contributions Schedule Consistent schedule with potential overtime.
