About the Role

The Company is seeking a Divisional Vice President for Retirement Sales in the Bank and Wirehouse distribution channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily leadership and sales coaching to a team of Regional Vice Presidents, ensuring the team is working efficiently, and meeting performance and skill assessment standards. This role involves managing sales activities, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and partnering with product and channel marketing for product positioning and training. The Divisional Vice President will also be the face of the company at various national, regional, and industry-related meetings and conferences. Applicants must have a high school diploma, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry work experience, and at least 5 years of industry experience, including external annuity wholesaling within the Bank and Wirehouse distribution channels. A strong sales, presentation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to teach and deliver sales ideas. The role requires the candidate to hold a FINRA Series 6, 26, and Life Insurance License.
