???? WHAT YOU’LL DO

Train and mentor welders to meet Austin Welding Standards
Weld in ALL positions (FCAW, GMAW-P, and more)
Fabricate heavy-duty equipment: truck bodies, buckets, tanks, reels
Read prints and execute precision fit-ups and welds
Identify bad welds and fix them right (CAC-A, grinding, rework)
Step in with QA when needed to maintain top-tier quality
Operate cranes, hoists, and shop equipment safely and efficiently

???? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong MIG/FCAW welding experience
Can pass a hands-on weld test (this matters)
Knows prints, symbols, and fabrication processes
Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
Natural leader — or ready to become one
Shows up, works hard, and holds the line on standards

Heavy fabrication shop (real work, not light gauge)
Lifting, climbing, welding at heights up to 30 ft
Indoor shop with real-world conditions (hot summers, cold winters)
Fast-paced, team-driven environment

???? SAFETY & EQUIPMENT

We take safety seriously. Full PPE required and supported:

Steel-toe boots, eye protection, welding hood, leathers, respirators as needed
Equipment includes MIG welders, air arc, cranes, hoists, and more
