AI Coach Designer

Join our Product Design team to create the next generation of AI-powered health coaching experiences. You'll design interfaces and interactions that make complex AI recommendations feel human, accessible, and actionable. This role requires a unique blend of UX expertise and understanding of AI/ML systems to create coaching experiences that truly empower users. Responsibilities Design user-centered AI coaching experiences across mobile and web platforms Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for AI interaction patterns Collaborate with AI/ML teams to understand model capabilities and limitations Conduct user research and usability testing for AI coaching features Develop design systems and patterns for consistent AI interactions Work closely with product managers and engineers to implement designs Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices Requirements 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in digital health or AI products Portfolio demonstrating experience with AI/ML product design Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design Understanding of conversational UI and voice interface design Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles Strong collaboration and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience designing healthcare or wellness applications Background in psychology, behavioral science, or health coaching Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and limitations Experience with motion design and micro-interactions Competitive salary and equity package Flexible work arrangements with SF office access Design conference and education budget Latest design tools and equipment Wellness and mental health benefits Team design sprints and creative workshops #J-18808-Ljbffr Curelia
