Build precision parts that keep industries moving

Your craftsmanship matters. From first article to final inspection, you’ll transform prints into parts using CNC lathes, a 5+ axis VMC, and a horizontal boring bar—supported by a collaborative team and a climate-controlled shop.

• Translate blueprints into accurate setups, programs, and finished components
• Optimize tooling, troubleshoot on the fly, and perform basic CNC machine repairs
• Verify dimensions with precision gaging; document and adjust as needed
• Switch over efficiently to meet dynamic job shop timelines

• First: Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–3:00 pm
• Second: Mon–Thu, 3:00 pm–1:00 am (earn an extra $5.00/hour)

• Hourly range: $20.00–$30.00 based on experience

• 2-year Machine Tool diploma (required)
• 2–5 years in a job shop environment preferred; we will train the right person
• Technical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in blueprint reading and material identification
• Confidence using tape measures and precision measuring/gaging devices
