Licensed Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed)

Are you a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping customers and building long-term relationships? We are actively hiring  Licensed Customer Service Representatives to support small business customers and provide expert guidance on commercial insurance products.

Position Highlights

Pay: $21.47/hour + monthly performance incentives (typically $150-$300/month; top performers may earn up to $500/month)

Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire

Location: San Antonio, TX  78230 | Onsite and can earn Hybrid -3 days in office

Schedule: Monday through Friday | No weekends

Department operates 8:00a-8:00p CST

Required to Apply: Completed Associate Degree (2-year degree) or higher | Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License in your resident state | Minimum 2 years of recent call center experience in a single role

 

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming calls from small business customers regarding existing commercial insurance policies
• Answer policy, billing, and coverage-related questions
• Advise customers on coverage options and policy enhancements
• Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements
• Assist customers with commercial insurance products, including:
• • Workers' Compensation
  • General Liability
  • Business Owners Policies (BOP)
  • Professional Liability
  • Commercial Auto
  • Umbrella Coverage
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  
   

Required Qualifications

• Completed Associate Degree (2-year degree) or higher – REQUIRED
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License in your resident state
• Minimum 2 years of recent call center experience in a single role
• License must be current and in good standing
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Stable work history demonstrating longevity and reliability
  
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience
• Experience servicing business insurance policies
• Experience discussing coverage options and policy changes with customers
