Job Details Job Location: Mankato Head Start - Mankato, MN 56001 Position Type: Full Time (40 Hours) Salary Range: $19.63 - $20.40 Hourly Job Shift: Day Responsibilities Responsible for providing Head Start Home Base services to enrolled participants. Direct services include family services, education, health, mental health, and nutrition services. Provide referrals and connect families to community resources. Conduct outreach and recruitment and provide a weekly Home Visit to families. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with families, partners, co‑workers and supervisors. Advanced degree, bachelor’s or associate’s degree in early childhood or related degree is preferred. Knowledge of community resources and the skills to link families to appropriate services is beneficial. This position requires strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
