RN/LPN for Per Diem Facility Staffing

Location: Clearwater

Hourly Rates: $32-$38/hr

Your Role:

As a valued member of our NurseCore team, you'll take on diverse assignments, providing top-quality care in various settings. Your dedication will help ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and healthcare policies.

Responsibilities:

• Notifies the Registered Nurse or Clinical Director of any changes in client's condition.
• Inserting and irrigating tubes and Foley catheters.
• Administering oxygen by mask or cannula
• Administering Medication
• Vital Checks
• Patient Rounds
• Documenting
• Prepares equipment and materials for treatments
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current RN/LPN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Florida
• Must have IV certification
• AHCA Clearance
• Current BLS in compliance with the American Heart Association/Red Cross standards
• One-year of nursing experience
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
• Statement of Good Health/Physical within the last 12 months
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience
• Effective communication skills
