Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Location: Flint, MI & Grand Blanc, MI Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-7 PM (Flexible; no weekends) Setting: Outpatient

Position Overview

We are a growing multidisciplinary outpatient therapy clinic seeking a passionate and energetic Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY). You will evaluate and treat patients across a wide age range, with a strong emphasis on pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and provide skilled speech therapy treatments.
• Design, implement, and revise individualized plans of care and goals.
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and progress notes according to regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with physicians through written and verbal reports.
• Maintain a consistent patient schedule aligned with clinic needs.
• Refer patients to other therapy disciplines when appropriate.
• Treat patients of all ages (primarily pediatrics).
• Participate in weekly team meetings with creativity and problem-solving ideas.
• Contribute to improving clinic efficiency and patient experience.
• Bring positive energy and support a fun, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Active Michigan Speech Language Pathology license.
• Pediatric experience preferred (open to new graduates).
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome.
