Senior Project ManagerA leading commercial construction company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will have significant responsibility for project financial performance, client relationships, team leadership, and overall project delivery.Responsibilities:Lead large-scale commercial construction projects through all phases.Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial performance.Manage owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.Lead preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and scope development.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.Identify project risks and develop effective solutions to maintain schedule and profitability.Mentor and provide leadership to Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers.Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure expectations are consistently met.Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure quality and successful project execution.Qualifications:8+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred.Proven experience managing complex and/or large-scale commercial projects.Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, scheduling, and cost control.Excellent leadership, communication, and client-management skills.Construction Management degree preferred but not required.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
