Join our mission-driven team committed to helping each resident achieve their highest level of independence and well-being.Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Dining Room Coordinator to lead meal service operations and ensure a smooth, respectful, and dignified dining experience for our residents. This supervisory role includes coordinating mealtime logistics, supporting dietary aides and staff, and directly assisting with feeding residents when needed. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who demonstrates strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to person-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily meal service in resident dining areas to ensure timely, smooth, and respectful deliverySupervise dietary aides and meal servers during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shiftsCollaborate with dietary and nursing teams to ensure residents' individual dietary needs are metAssist residents with feeding, including those with texture-modified diets or special needsMonitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the dining environmentSupport onboarding and training of new dining staffEnsure accurate tray service and proper documentation of resident dietary supportAddress concerns promptly and respectfully to support a positive dining experienceRequired QualificationsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification – Pennsylvania license requiredPrevious experience in long-term care or healthcare food service preferredProven leadership ability or supervisory experienceStrong interpersonal skills with a resident-first approachKnowledge of dietary modifications and safe feeding practicesAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededDependable, compassionate, and organizedWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly wage with shift differential where applicableComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holiday paySupportive, mission-driven team environmentOpportunities for advancement and continued education #J-18808-Ljbffr NUTRITION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
