Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes. This role partners with cross-functional teams to provide insights that support business decisions and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
• Analyze financial results and explain variances against budget and forecast
• Support budgeting and forecasting through financial modeling and data analysis
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Support month-end close activities and improve reporting processes
• Prepare presentations and materials for leadership review
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with financial systems or data tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
