Job Description

Job Summary:
The CT Technician is responsible for performing advanced computed tomography scans, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnostic purposes. They provide technical expertise and uphold safety standards throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure patient cooperation.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Review imaging procedures and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Document all procedures accurately and complete required records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a nationally recognized CT certification (AART).
• Possess a valid driver's license with current picture identification.
• Successfully pass background and drug tests.
• Provide a current resume and completed application.
• Maintain up-to-date BLS, ACLS, or PALS certifications.
• Submit proof of recent TB testing, hepatitis vaccination, and influenza vaccination or declination.
