Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in school settings preferred, but motivated clinical fellows encouraged to apply
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical service delivery and student-centered practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals and maximize success
• Provide consultation and indirect services to support students’ educational needs
• Participate in team meetings, RTI/MTSS processes, and professional development as available
