Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually

Schedule: 5 days work week, 2 days off with a rotating work schedule

Department Hours: MonSat: 9am-9pm and Sun: 10am-9pm

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process from start to finish.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to help customers find the right vehicle.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
• Exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals.
• Build relationships and earn customers trust.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $220,000.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
